We currently use Royal Mail's 1st Class delivery service for all UK orders. All Orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date.
RETURNS
All processed orders are checked by our fulfilment team before delivery to ensure the item is correct and all details received are valid. However, if an error occurs with your order, you can inform us by using our Contact page. We will then look to rectify any error with your order.
We are happy to accept returns to an exchange or refund within 14 days from the date your order was placed, as long as the item is in the same condition as it was received and has all tags still attached. With the exception of faulty items or order errors on our part, the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees when returning the product.
Reduced items or sale items are exempt from normal returns procedure. All sale items are final and no returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
